I arrived in Bangor yesterday afternoon and was taken by Wulf to his home in Tregarth. It’s so good to be back in North Wales again.
Today, we will be visiting Marcus Fair and his colleagues at Eternal Media. I have really been looking forward to this visit ever since I first saw Wulf’s Recovery Voices interview with Marcus Fair, Founder of this exciting recovery community. Here is the brief introduction to Eternal Media that we wrote for their section of our Communities page. In addition, I also provide a link to a film of Eternal’s 2022 Highlights, just to show you a range of projects this exciting initiative has worked on.
‘Eternal Media is a media production social enterprise and charity, located in Wrexham, that makes high impact documentary films. Their professional, award-winning producers empower and mentor volunteer film crews, which comprise people who are rebuilding their lives and are recovering from addiction and/or an involvement in crime. Eternal’s productions encourage creativity and storytelling, enhance self-esteem and teamwork, and ensure the development of new practical skills.
Eternal Media is founded by Marcus Fair, who is in long-term recovery from a 25-year addiction to heroin and crack cocaine.’
